Thank you for participating in the Earthlogic Vegan Collagen Peptides+ Launch Referral Rewards Program (the “Program”).
By participating in the Program or referring others to join, you agree to the following Terms.
1. How the Reward System Works
Your referral count determines the reward tier you qualify for.
Rewards do not stack. You receive only the highest reward tier you reach. For example, if you earn a Free Bag and later reach the Year Supply milestone, you will receive the Year Supply reward, not both rewards.
VIP Access is separate from milestone rewards. VIP Access may be provided in addition to your highest earned milestone reward.
A referral only counts toward your reward after it has been successfully submitted and validated through the official Earthlogic referral system.
Reward availability is limited and awarded on a first-earned basis while supplies last. Earthlogic may pause or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time, but rewards earned before then will still be honored, subject to applicable expiration and fraud terms.
Earthlogic reserves the right to limit the number of rewards that may be redeemed during any given period or against the initial product inventory. If redemptions are temporarily limited, your earned reward will not be forfeited and you will be able to redeem it once redemptions resume.
2. Reward Distribution & Redemption
Rewards will be distributed by email after the Program ends and before the official product launch, on a date determined by Earthlogic.
Depending on the reward, you may receive:
A unique discount or gift code; and/or
Instructions for redeeming a physical product reward.
Gift codes and physical product rewards must be redeemed through the official Earthlogic online storefront.
Initial Inventory
Earthlogic's initial product launch inventory is limited.
If the initial inventory sells out before you are able to redeem an earned product reward, your reward will not be forfeited. Your reward will remain valid and may be redeemed on a pre-order if available or once the product is restocked, subject to the reward's expiration period and these Terms.
Earthlogic may temporarily limit the number of reward redemptions accepted during the initial launch period to help manage inventory and fulfillment capacity.
3. Shipping & Fulfillment
Shipping and fulfillment costs are not included with rewards.
When redeeming a physical product reward, you will be responsible for any applicable shipping and fulfillment charges shown at checkout.
Physical product rewards can only be shipped to valid addresses in the mainland United States.
Rewards cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
Rewards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Reward-Specific Terms
Gift Code
A Gift Code may be redeemed toward an eligible purchase of $100 USD or more through the Earthlogic online storefront.
The Gift Code cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred for cash value.
Free Bag
The Free Bag reward provides one bag of Earthlogic Vegan Collagen Peptides+.
Shipping and fulfillment costs are not included.
If you choose to use your Free Bag reward as part of a subscription order, the reward covers the product only and does not cover shipping associated with that first reward shipment. Applicable subscription shipping terms (like free shipping) will apply to subsequent shipments.
3-Month Supply
The 3-Month Supply reward provides three bags of Earthlogic Vegan Collagen Peptides+, shipped together in one shipment.
Shipping and fulfillment costs are not included.
If you choose to use your reward with a subscription, the reward covers the qualifying product but does not cover shipping associated with the initial reward shipment. Applicable subscription shipping terms will apply to subsequent shipments (like free shipping).
Year Supply
The Year Supply reward provides 12 bags of Earthlogic Vegan Collagen Peptides+, delivered one month at a time over a 12-month period.
Shipping and fulfillment costs are not included.
If inventory becomes temporarily unavailable, scheduled reward shipments may be paused and will resume once inventory is available.
A Year Supply reward is intended for the original recipient only and may not be exchanged for cash, or substituted for other products.
5. Referral Eligibility & Fraud
Referrals must be made in good faith and through the official Earthlogic referral system.
A fraudulent referral includes, but is not limited to:
Submitting an email address that does not belong to a real person;
Submitting another person's email address without their knowledge or consent;
Creating or using multiple accounts or email addresses to artificially increase referral counts;
Using bots, scripts, automated systems, or other methods to generate referrals artificially; or
Any other activity that Earthlogic reasonably determines is intended to manipulate or abuse the Program.
If Earthlogic determines that fraudulent or abusive referrals were used to reach a reward milestone, Earthlogic may invalidate those referrals and/or void the associated reward.
6. Reward Expiration
You have 3 months from the date you earn a reward to redeem it.
After this period, the associated reward code will expire and the reward will no longer be available.
For Year Supply rewards, the reward must be claimed within the applicable redemption period. Once properly claimed, scheduled product shipments will continue according to the Year Supply terms above.
7. Program Changes & Termination
Earthlogic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program if necessary, including in response to inventory limitations, technical issues, fraud, abuse, or circumstances that make the Program impractical to continue.
Any changes will not intentionally eliminate rewards that have already been validly earned, except where a reward was earned through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Earthlogic reserves the right to make reasonable determinations regarding referral validity, reward eligibility, and Program administration.
